Charlie is the founder and MD of Lucid Group, the UK’s largest national radio, online and TV promotions company. On a sabbatical during 2010/11, he was the UK’s youngest ever MD of Sony’s largest record label in the UK, RCA Records.
PER SELLBEKK
Chief Operating Officer

Per has held senior management positions at some of the most well-known and respected mobile companies, including Nokia, Symbian, Carrier1 and UK mobile operator 3. He has a business degree from Oslo Business School and an MIM from Thunderbird.
RICHARD KLEE
Product Director

Richard has over 8 years’ experience delivering products and projects for various blue chip companies including Intel, Vodafone, and M&C Saatchi. Specialising in mobile platforms, his notable achievements include the launch of Vodafone UK’s first mobile optimised e-commerce site.
GRAHAM ELLIOTT
EVP Commercial

Former CEO of both MF Global and Jefferies in Japan; Graham is instrumental for our international rollout plans, particularly in SEA. He also brings 25 years’ experience managing international businesses, with a focus on sales, client relationships and deliverables.

Director of Legal and Business Affairs

Lewis worked in finance at hedge fund Bluecrest Capital ahead of working with leading London law firm Davenport Lyons, where he qualified as a solicitor before joining MusicQubed.

A broadcast media and music industry expert for over 20 years, Alex was Head of Music at Radio 1, responsible for music policy, ‘Live Lounge’ and their festival ‘One Big Weekend’. He was also a senior A&R executive with EMI Music Publishing and later joined Channel 4 Radio as Head of Music.
